hey!!! waves at u. i'm marcus, alternatively known as eighth interval or octave or the Most Grinning Man, and i'm so freeeeaking cool. woke and transgender and very very gay, and almost definitely neurodivergent in some way, and vaguely emo-ish.
man of many interests and hobbies, including (but absolutely not limited to): RED DWARF, tomodachi life, portal, splatoon, art, music, deltarune, homestuck, sonic, sci-fi, physical media and other tech-y things (even though i'm pretty tech illiterate... or i'm just mildly stupid. or both).
as of right now i am incredibly abnormal about red dwarf and rimster in specific (as you can gather from. like everything on this site). i post/reblog about them a lot over on my tumblr if you are interested! i also wanna make a little red dwarf webshrine over here at some point but whether i ever actually get around to that is a whole other thing... oof

basically. i made everything up and just fiddled about until it worked.
on a slightly more serious note, i learned basic html in december of 2024 because i got bored so used that along with so much w3schools and hassling my friends who are much better at this than i am (so thank you to anyone who helped out with this at all! i love you all)
this is YET ANOTHER iteration of this website because i genuinely don't think i'm ever going to be able to settle on one appearance for it. i think it's nice! but who knows what marcus two months in the future will think of it. he'll probably hate it so much but that's its problem and not mine.
